The Northtown Library, located in Chicago’s West Ridge neighborhood, added 44 affordable one-bedroom apartments for senior residents. This mixed-use combination is one of three of its kind in Chicago and among the first throughout the country.

TERRA provided site/civil engineering and landscape architecture services associated with the development of the 40,000-square-foot mixed-use property collaboration by the Chicago Housing Authority and Chicago Public Library.
