Alisha has been involved in urban streetscapes, commercial, educational, healthcare, institutional, municipal, and residential projects. Through her work, she is interested in building healthier communities and absorbing information provided by our ecological communities.

Steve is a landscape architect and site designer and has 13 years of professional experience. Most of his experience focuses on parks and recreational design and development. In addition to his design work, he has a strong background in construction and site observation. Currently, he manages a variety of projects, provides design and production as well as expertise in planting design and identification.

Craig has focused his expertise in all areas of park and recreation planning and development, public plaza design and implementation and the master planning of numerous projects throughout the Chicago-metro area. Craig’s responsibilities include developing projects from initial concepts through final designs, preparing cost estimates, creating bid documents with written specifications, assembling construction drawings, and performing construction observation.

Cher's expertise extends across various project types, from healthcare institutions to historical sites, showcasing her adaptability and creativity in design development and construction documentation.

She has also studied landscape architecture at IIT University, which has broadened her knowledge in the field of green space design.
