Engaged by the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA), TERRA has provided ongoing design and construction administration services for the Tri-State Tollway Landscape Improvements project that is part of the Tollway Tree Initiative.

TERRA prepared contract plans and specifications for landscape improvements to augment existing landscape areas and provide new landscape in conjunction with ISTHA’s Congestion Relief Plan, which included widening and reconstructing portions of the Tri-State Tollway. Landscape improvements include new trees, shrubs, vines, erosion and sediment control, seeding, and concrete wall staining. As part of the Tree Initiative Planting Program, TERRA is providing construction administrative services as inspector construction manager and document and quantities technical support.
