Providing strategic growth for Northwestern Medicine (NM) this project brought ambulatory services to the Old Irving Park community within northwestern Chicago. The multi-story office building included medical office space, ground-floor retail, and an interior parking garage. The project included a granite plaza with landscape and seatwall benches with integral lighting providing an amenity to dense neighborhood. The project also included a 22,000 SF extensive green roof on multiple levels providing a visual connection to the outdoors. The project was awarded USGBC LEED Silver.
